Age Requirement
h4444 is strictly for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory during KYC. Accounts belonging to minors will be permanently closed.

To register and maintain an account on h4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
h4444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found not to meet eligibility criteria will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. Any balance attributable to ineligible activity may be forfeited.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the h4444 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
Players must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, h4444 requires completion of the KYC verification process. Accepted identity documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. h4444 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account relationship.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. h4444 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity conducted via your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified h4444 of a security breach. Players must notify h4444 immediately via [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
By using the h4444 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
h4444 reserves the right to monitor, investigate and take appropriate action — including account suspension, closure and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any suspected breach of these Terms of Use.
All bets on the h4444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game, as published within the Platform's Rules section. Players are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing any wager. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the rules applicable to that bet.
h4444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, incorrect odds publication or any other circumstance that results in an outcome materially inconsistent with fair market pricing at the time of placement. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the Player's account balance.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. h4444 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled on the basis of available official data from the relevant sporting event.
Maximum single-event winnings and aggregate daily/weekly payout caps apply across sports and casino products. Specific limits are published within the relevant market and product pages. h4444 reserves the right to apply individual account payout restrictions where pattern analysis indicates a risk to platform integrity.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by h4444 are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which take precedence over any general bonus provisions in this clause. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these General Terms, specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in specific bonus terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible markets and minimum qualifying odds are specified in the bonus offer terms. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible markets contribute toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
h4444 may offer a welcome bonus to new registered players. Illustrative examples published on the Platform (such as amounts up to PKR 25,000) are subject to published terms including minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible markets and time limits. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player and may not be combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using third-party services to satisfy wagering requirements artificially — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. h4444 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments pending investigation where abuse is suspected.
Players may deposit funds using the payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of transaction. Commonly referenced Pakistani payment channels include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references reflect familiar local payment context only. Actual availability, deposit limits and processing rules are determined by the operator's live payment terms and each payment provider's own policies. None of these payment brands endorse gambling or h4444's services.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name and verified as part of your KYC process. h4444 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, subject to operator policy. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully complete. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before processing begins, after which they return to the account balance. Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's Payments section.
h4444 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to enhanced scrutiny. h4444 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual transactions. Accounts where AML concerns are identified may be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be reported to applicable authorities where legally required.
An account is considered inactive if no real-money login, deposit, wager or withdrawal activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. h4444 may apply an inactivity fee — the applicable amount and frequency of which will be communicated to the Player prior to deduction. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h4444 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to applicable legal authorities:
h4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, where account activity poses a risk to Platform integrity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. h4444 will communicate the reason for suspension where legally permissible to do so.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting h4444 support. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure may be requested for withdrawal, subject to KYC completion and AML clearance. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take immediate effect upon confirmation.
Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, h4444 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits not involved in identified rule violations may be returned following investigation, at h4444's discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by h4444's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. h4444 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components.
All content on the h4444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall layout and design — is the property of h4444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or other exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from h4444 is strictly prohibited.
h4444 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Players who do not accept updated Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation or licensing, as applicable. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction.
